Product Introduction
Alumina Ceramic Ballistic Plates are hard bulletproof plates made by pressing together ceramic blocks of alumina and high-strength polyethylene (UHMWPE) or aramid (Kevlar) composite backing plates. Alumina is one of the most cost-effective materials in advanced ceramics, featuring high elasticity, high refractoriness, high hardness, and relatively low cost. It is currently the most widely used and cost-effective rifle-level bulletproof material in the hard bulletproof clothing market. There are mainly two types: one is a single large plate, made from a complete piece of ceramic plate; the other is a mosaic/hexagonal composite plate, made by fitting many small square or hexagonal ceramic pieces onto the backing plate.

The cost is 40% to 60% lower than that of silicon carbide, suitable for large-scale mass production, training consumables, and strong vehicle armor stability: not afraid of moisture, water immersion, drastic temperature changes. The performance degrades slowly in humid coastal and rainforest environments.

Can be made into flat plates, curved human body surfaces, irregular cutting, and stable delivery.
Good impact resistance:
The ceramic matrix has sufficient rigidity and balanced performance in resisting shrapnel and explosive shock waves.
