Product Introduction
PE UD Fabric is a fabric formed by aligning ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fibers in a single direction and parallel arrangement, then bonding them with thermoplastic resin for molding, and finally undergoing orthogonal layering and compounding at 0°/90°. It can be a single-layer or multi-layer fabric. The greatest advantage of this fabric is its strong tensile strength, light weight, and at the same time, due to the arrangement method in the manufacturing process, it retains the original characteristics of the fibers and does not bend, thus maintaining a high tensile strength, which is beneficial for improving the protective performance. Based on this characteristic, this fabric is currently mostly used as bulletproof material.

3. Marine and aerospace:
Applicable in situations where high strength, low ductility structural reinforcement is required without increasing volume.
