Product Introduction
UHMWPE UD fabric is manufactured by aligning ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fibers in parallel in a single direction, bonding them with thermoplastic resin, and then cross-laminating them orthogonally at 0°/90°. It is available in single-layer or multi-layer forms. Its most prominent advantages are outstanding tensile strength and lightweight property. Thanks to this fiber arrangement, the fibers keep their intrinsic properties without bending, preserving high tensile strength to boost protective performance. For this reason, this fabric is widely adopted for ballistic protection applications.

It can be used as stab-resistant lining for law enforcement gear and industrial protective clothing.
3. Marine and aerospace
Suitable for applications requiring high-strength, low-ductility structural reinforcement without adding bulk.
