The unidirectional aramid fiber fabric is made by tightly arranging continuous aligned aramid yarns along a single axis and is sewn with fine polyester binding thread. Unlike plain weave fabrics, it has no fiber curling or bending in the main force direction, thus almost fully utilizing the strength of the fibers. The core advantage lies in "high strength and light weight": its strength exceeds that of steel, and its density is only one-fifth of that of steel. Moreover, it maintains stable performance even at temperatures above 200°C and is not flammable. Its common application fields include protection (bulletproof, cut-resistant), industry (high-speed bearings, cables), and aerospace (structural materials), etc.
