Military MICH Helmet

The Military MICH helmet is an upgraded version of the PASGT helmet, also known as the Modular Integrated Communications Helmet. It is slightly smaller in size than the PASGT helmet and lacks a brim. The helmet shell is made of either PE or aramid fabric, and its suspension system includes two types of foam padding, utilizing a seven-pad suspension design with four-point chin straps featuring nylon buckles to accommodate various head shapes.

1.MICH 2000：The ear housing retains the maximum coverage, providing the largest protection area. There is only a small opening above the ears, making it difficult to directly wear large tactical headphones.

2.The MICH 2001 is the most popular model. It features extensive cutouts on both sides of the ear area, perfectly compatible with communication headsets, making it the mainstream choice for special operations forces.

3.MICH 2002

The Military MICH helmet meets NIJ IIIA ballistic protection standards and features a below-the-ear design that can withstand handgun rounds, protecting the head from shrapnel and falling debris. Its key feature is a front-mounted rail system for attaching night vision goggles, thermal imaging sights, and other equipment. Side rails on both sides of the helmet allow for mounting auxiliary devices such as battery packs, IR lights, flashlights, and cameras, making it standard issue for military personnel, law enforcement, and security forces.
