Product Introduction
The Helmet Suspension System is the core functional component of a tactical helmet, serving as the entire fixed + buffering system between the helmet body and the head. It consists of three main parts: internal suspension webbing/adjustment mechanism, buffering padding, and chin strap assembly. It directly determines the stability, comfort, and protective efficacy of the helmet's wearing, and is the key buffering and fitting structure that connects the helmet shell to the user's head.
The core functions of the suspension system
Fixed Adaptation:
Stabilizes the helmet on the head, adapting to different head circumferences and head shapes, preventing the helmet from shifting or falling off during tactical movements.
Buffering and Shock Absorption:
Distributes the impact force when the helmet is subjected to an impact, prolongs the duration of the force's effect, reduces the peak acceleration on the head, and lowers the risk of concussion.
Comfort and Weight Reduction:
Distributes the helmet's weight evenly through multiple points of force application, avoiding local compression of the temples and the back of the head, and supporting long-term wearing.
Impact Isolation:

Two-point Suspension：
Uses a net pocket inner lining to enclose the head, with a simple structure and low production cost, suitable for helmet types with a large wrapping area.
