PE Armor Plates are rifle-grade bulletproof inserts made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene. This type of bulletproof plate is lightweight, weighing only half that of ceramic ones, approximately 1.5 kilograms. They are manufactured using a high-pressure and high-temperature process. The PE Armor Plates produced by Winners have a single or multi-surface design, providing NIJ III or III+ level protection, suitable for military and police bulletproof vests, III-level bulletproof jackets, and III-level bulletproof clothing.
