The ballistic helmet headphone mount connects the ballistic helmet to headphones and is a key component of the modular helmet combat platform. It relocates the headphones from inside the helmet to an external rail mounting system, significantly improving comfort and operational flexibility.

• Secure Mounting: Replaces traditional headband structures by firmly securing tactical headphones to the side of the ballistic helmet, preventing displacement or detachment during running or tactical movements.

• Adjustable Fit: Supports 360-degree rotation and multi-angle side folding for storage, allowing flexible positioning that accommodates various head shapes and ear positions, ensuring prolonged wear without ear pressure or discomfort.

• Space Optimization: Frees up internal helmet space, eliminating interference between headphones, helmet liners, and communication cables, while preserving mounting points on the helmet rails for other accessories such as tactical lights and body cameras.

Main Structural Types

• Rail-Mount Direct Type:

Directly clips onto the ARC or Picatinny rails on the side of the ballistic helmet; tool-free installation and removal makes it the most widely used type in military and police applications.

• Curved-Arm Suspension Type:

Uses an arched arm to extend the mounting distance, ideal for helmets with low ear protection like the MICH2000, preventing contact and friction between the headphones and helmet body.

• Rear-Neck Support Type:

Designed for special scenarios where rail space is fully occupied; uses a rear neck Velcro strap to assist in securing the headphones without occupying side rails.

• High Compatibility:

Mainstream models are compatible with C2 rails, C3 suspension systems, and C4 noise-canceling interfaces, supporting most popular tactical headphones including Comtac and EARMOR.

• Excellent Stability:

Features a metal knob locking mechanism that ensures secure attachment even during intense training maneuvers or equipment jostling.

• Lightweight Design:
